Ancient recipes
We jealously preserve the ancient recipes handed down by our grandfather
and we like to adapt them to changes
of culinary habits.
The focus is on Ligurian peasant cuisine, typical of the inner land of the area. Homemade dishes are prepared with local produce, fresh, authentic ingredients, just as they once were.
Recipes are strictly linked to every season.
