The Story
Restaurateurs since 1899
From grandfather to father Giuseppe, called Ino,
historic restaurateur,
to his children Donatella and Marcello:
It is the story of the current INOsteria
in Val Fontanabuona near Genoa,
which offers typical inland dishes
Ligurian based on ancient recipes.
Faithful to the tradition of Ligurian cuisine
poor in soil, light and tied
to local products and to the changes
of the seasons, but also attentive witnesses
of the passage of time and evolution
of our table habits.


In 2008 INOsteria continues the historical
imprint of the previous Torre Restaurant,
Donatella and Marcello maintain
the particular welcoming atmosphere
made of courtesy,
speed and simple comfort.
Here, the protagonist is the simple Ligurian cuisine typical of the hinterland, with local products and homemade dishes prepared
as they once were.
